When we receive the brief you have discussed with your client, one of our skilled Digital Experts will check that we have enriched information to build the site. This is an important step. You will speed up the process by ensuring all images and copy are provided and that all design preferences are listed.

Website production starts with the professional Copy Team: Text is written by a native speaking copywriter, then it is checked and optimized by a proofreader. All copy uses up to date best practice to enrich Search Engine Optimization and get your client’s business found above their competitors.

Then the website goes to the expert Design Team: The designer will start from the details in the brief around preferences, logos, and business story. The designer coordinates the design around the text so that readability is logical and the user is guided to make contact with the customer’s organization.

Now the website goes through very thorough automatic and manual quality checks before being presented to your Digital Expert.

The Digital Expert ensures the website is going to do the best for your customer, by checking the website against the brief. Only when fully satisfied will the Digital Expert send the link for the new website.

The website is ready to go live, but should your customer wish to make any changes, revisions should all be sent to the Digital Expert at the same time. Changes will be made and quality assurance procedures will be followed again.

The agency should receive confirmation of the order within 2 business days. If there are questions or clarification needed with the information submitted with the order, the Spotzer team will ask for a response back from the agency prior to starting any work on the website. This timeline may be extended depending on agency/customer delays out of our control.

→ Draft Approval Link from all assets received
10-15 Business days 

The agency will receive an approval link for review with their client typically within 10 to 15 business days depending on the page count and complexity of the website build. If assets deemed crucial for the completion of the draft site are not received at order submission, we will not begin production until all have been received. Agency will be notified that assets are needed. ONE round of pre-live revisions is allowed. This timeline may be extended depending on agency/customer delays out of our control.

3-5 business days
Requested revisions to the draft site should be submitted at one time. One round of revisions is allowed and Spotzer reserves the right to not fulfill any additional changes until after the site is live. We recommend a full review between the agency and the client prior to submitting the change requests to Spotzer.

→ Set-live / site publication (from confirmation of valid domain)

Once Spotzer has been notified that the customer’s domain has been pointed to the appropriate server, Spotzer will publish the website on the submitted domain within 2 business days and apply an SSL certificate to the domain at no additional charge. Please note Spotzer can only supply instructions for pointing the domain. Spotzer will only offer basic help with domain pointing as each hosting company may be different.

We provide a custom made CSV tool which is used for uploading all products.

Here are the basic instructions you should share with your client:

This tool will help you create a file that will be used to import your products to your e-commerce site. We remind you that your catalog cannot contain more than 100 products.
Next to each heading you will find a question mark which will give you access to precise explanations of the information to be provided.
Check that all the mandatory information on the products you want to sell is correctly entered in the dedicated fields.
Once all your products are listed by the e-commerce catalog creation tool, click on ‘Export as CSV’. You find this button in the top right corner.

Send the file that has been generated to your project manager via the content collection tool.

We will upload 10 products for you, then you can either upload more yourself or, for a small fee, we will upload your products in bundles.
